Welcome to Cretzo ("Cretzo", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, and all related services available through www.cretzo.com ("Platform").
By accessing or using the Platform, creating an account, purchasing products, selling products, or using any services offered by Cretzo, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
1. About Cretzo
Cretzo is a creative ecosystem and online marketplace connecting artisans, handmade creators, suppliers, manufacturers, customers, businesses, workshop organizers, event partners, and creative communities.
The Platform enables users to:
- Buy handmade products
- Sell handmade products
- Purchase raw materials
- Connect with creative suppliers
- Participate in workshops and events
- Promote craftsmanship
- Build trusted creative businesses
Cretzo acts as a technology platform facilitating these services and is not the manufacturer of products sold by independent sellers unless expressly stated.
2. Eligibility
You may use Cretzo only if:
- You are at least 18 years of age, or
- You are using the Platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
By using the Platform, you represent that:
- All information provided is accurate.
- You have legal capacity to enter into contracts.
- You will comply with all applicable laws.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information.
- Keep your password confidential.
- Maintain updated contact information.
- Immediately notify us of unauthorized access.
You remain responsible for all activities under your account.
Cretzo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts containing false information or involved in fraudulent activity.
4. Marketplace Model
Cretzo operates as a marketplace connecting buyers and independent sellers.
Unless specifically stated:
- Products are listed by third-party sellers.
- Sellers remain responsible for product quality.
- Sellers remain responsible for inventory.
- Sellers remain responsible for legal compliance.
- Sellers remain responsible for warranties.
Cretzo facilitates payments, customer support, marketing, and marketplace operations but does not assume ownership of seller inventory.
5. Handmade Products
Products listed as handmade should genuinely be handmade, handcrafted, artist-created, customized, or ethically produced.
Cretzo may verify products and sellers.
If a seller falsely advertises mass-produced goods as handmade, we reserve the right to:
- Remove listings.
- Suspend the account.
- Permanently terminate marketplace access.
- Withhold payments where legally permissible.
6. Vendor Verification
To maintain trust within our ecosystem, sellers may be required to submit:
- Government-issued identification
- PAN
- GST details (if applicable)
- Bank account verification
- Business registration (where applicable)
- Address verification
Failure to complete verification may result in limited account functionality or suspension.
7. Product Listings
Sellers must ensure that:
- Descriptions are accurate.
- Images represent the actual product.
- Pricing is correct.
- Stock availability is updated.
- Measurements are accurate.
- Customization options are clearly disclosed.
Cretzo may edit, reject, or remove listings that violate these Terms.
8. Pricing
Prices displayed include only those charges specifically indicated.
Additional charges may include:
- Shipping fees
- Taxes
- Platform fees (where applicable)
Prices may change without prior notice.
9. Orders
All orders are subject to:
- Product availability
- Seller confirmation
- Payment authorization
- Fraud screening
Cretzo reserves the right to cancel any order for reasons including:
- Pricing errors
- Suspected fraud
- Stock unavailability
- Policy violations
- Technical errors
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the Refund Policy.
10. Payments
We may accept payment through authorized payment providers, including:

- Debit Cards
- Credit Cards
- Net Banking
- Wallets
- EMI (where available)
Payment information is securely processed by RBI-compliant payment gateways.
Cretzo does not store complete debit or credit card details.
11. Shipping
Delivery timelines are estimates.
Actual delivery depends upon:
- Seller processing
- Courier partners
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Remote locations
Shipping policies are governed separately under our Shipping Policy.
12. Returns & Refunds
Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by the Return & Refund Policy.
Certain products may not be eligible for return, including:
- Customized products
- Personalized items
- Perishable goods
- Hygiene-sensitive products
- Digital products
Return shipping charges may apply.
13. Reviews
Customers may submit reviews.
Reviews must:
- Be truthful.
- Relate to actual purchases.
- Avoid abusive language.
- Avoid hate speech.
- Avoid defamatory content.
Fake reviews may be removed.
14. Intellectual Property
All Platform content including:
- Logo
- Branding
- Software
- Website design
- Graphics
- Text
- Databases
- Source code
Belongs to Cretzo or its licensors. Users may not reproduce or commercially exploit any Platform content without written permission.
Creators retain ownership of their original handmade designs unless otherwise agreed.
15. User Content
Users may upload:
- Photos
- Reviews
- Comments
- Artwork
- Videos
You grant Cretzo a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display such content for operating, promoting, and improving the Platform.
You remain the owner of your content.
16. Prohibited Activities
Users shall not:
- Commit fraud
- Upload counterfeit products
- Sell prohibited goods
- Infringe intellectual property
- Spread malware
- Manipulate reviews
- Harass users
- Scrape Platform data
- Create fake accounts
- Interfere with Platform security
Violation may result in immediate suspension.
17. Seller Responsibilities
Sellers are solely responsible for:
- Product quality
- Packaging
- Legal compliance
- GST obligations
- Warranties
- Shipping accuracy
- Customer communication
18. Platform Availability
While we strive for uninterrupted service, Cretzo does not guarantee continuous availability.
Maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen circumstances may temporarily affect access.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cretzo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the Platform.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
20. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cretzo, its partners, employees, directors, affiliates, and service providers from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:
- Your breach of these Terms.
- Misuse of the Platform.
- Violation of applicable law.
- Infringement of third-party rights.
21. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate any account that:
- Violates these Terms.
- Engages in fraudulent activity.
- Provides false information.
- Abuses customers or sellers.
- Attempts unauthorized access.
- Harms the Platform.
22. Changes to the Platform
We may modify:
- Features
- Pricing
- Policies
- Seller programs
- Commission structures
- Technology
Material changes will be communicated where required by law.
23. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Subject to applicable law, courts located in Faridabad, Haryana, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.
24. Dispute Resolution
Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiations.
If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Faridabad, Haryana.
